Shipping Policy

At NXIIBA, we know how important it is for your order to land quickly, safely, and with no hassle. That’s why we’ve made our nationwide delivery process as smooth and reliable as possible. We offer nationwide shipping across South Africa, and you can expect your order to arrive within 5–7 working days from the date of dispatch.
 

Processing Times
 

All items are made to order. Production begins once your payment is confirmed and takes approximately 1-2 weeks to complete. Once production is finished, your order will be packed and shipped.

Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed on Friday evenings or during holidays will begin processing on the next business day.



Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number, so you can keep an eye on your package every step of the way. We work with trusted courier partners to make sure your streetwear arrives on time and in style.
 

Delivery Times
 

  • Standard Delivery: 5–7 working days (excluding weekends and holidays)

  • Remote Areas: May take slightly longer depending on courier availability and location
     

Shipping Fees

 

We apply a standard shipping fee of R80 to all orders valued below R1500, regardless of your location or the size of your purchase. Shipping is complimentary on all orders exceeding R1500, offering you even greater value as you shop.

No complicated calculations just a simple, transparent shipping policy designed to make your experience smooth and straightforward.

Important Notes
 

  • We currently only ship within South Africa. 

  • Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

  • NXIIBA is not liable for any delays caused by courier service disruptions, weather, or unforeseen events beyond our control — but we’ll always do our best to help if something goes wrong.

Return & Exchange Policy

At NXIIBA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear — if it’s not a perfect fit, we’ve got you. We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags still attached. To start a return or exchange, just email us at morenxiiba@yahoo.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once approved, you can send the item back to us at your own cost.

We’ll process your refund or exchange within 3–5 working days of receiving the item. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and we don’t accept returns on sale items or limited-edition drops unless the item is defective.

If you received the wrong item or a faulty product, let us know within 48 hours of delivery — we’ll sort it out quickly at no extra cost to you.
